Can I import existing reviews from other platforms?
If you give us the original testimonial you received from somebody, we can reformat it to work with the questions that we ask on Many so all your client needs to do is hit "approve" or edit. Due to the nature of review verification, you can't simply import existing reviews. We have a specific format of reviews that is optimized for both buyers and sellers — and we can't verify with 100% certainty that a review is real when it's coming from another source.
Do my clients have to sign up for an account?
No, your clients do not need to sign up for an account. We have made it as easy as possible for clients to leave reviews. They click a link in their email and get sent to a unique form with their name and project info. We've received multiple comments (unsolicited) from clients who have said how easy it was.
How do I get added to the directory?
Once you've signed up, your profile will automatically be created, but you will not see it on the directory until it has been approved. If we have any questions, we will send you an email. You can go ahead and request reviews and utilize any tools in your dashboard.
Are directory profiles truly free?
Yes, it is free to create a profile, gather reviews, and showcase projects. You can optionally pay to upgrade to a "Pro" profile which will help optimize your presence on Many through removal of "Other Profiles" links on your profile and the "You might also like..." within your project details pages + more. We believe that everybody should have a chance to prove themselves as capable, so we rely on reviews for that.
Is this only for agencies? What about freelancers?
If you're a freelancer, you'll still get value from Many in the same way as an agency would. We currently do not differentiate between agency and freelancer, so your profile will be shown in the same list as agencies.
